Meditations
Make your aura the luminous and potent shield of spiritual
protection you ought to have.
Be aware of your aura, knowing that it will become stronger
the more you work on it.
The stronger your aura becomes, the stronger you become.
Put your Higher Self in charge of your life.
Hint: a great idea is to record each meditation in your own voice.
The Tower of Light
1. Breathe deeply and evenly.
2. Progressively
relax your whole body.
3. Stand
erect without stiffness, arms at sides.
If sitting, sit with spine erect, feet parallel and firmly planted,
hands palms down on thighs. Always stand
unless unable.
4. Visualize
all about you a long ellipsoid of intense bright blue light. It extends to about 9 inches beyond the
surface of your body all around and to about 16 inches above your head and
below floor level at your feet.
5. Visualize
within the summit of that aura, slightly above not touching your head a globe
of brilliant white light.
6. Concentrate
your attention on this globe so that it becomes brighter, glowing white like
burning magnesium. You don’t need to
look upward, just sense it’s presence.
You are making this image to represent the light of your Higher Self,
which is truly there and you imagine this globe above your head not touching
you because you do not in any way identify your Higher self with your conscious
self, your ego personality.
7. Be
aware of these two images: the intense
bright blue ellipsoid in which you are entirely contained and the white globe
over your head occupying the apex of the auric shape.
8. Aware
of the brilliant globe over your head, aspire to the highest good you are
capable of conceiving.
9. When
you feel ready, see that dazzling globe sending down glittering white
light. This light, filled with silver
sparkles, floods your aura and at the same time completely permeates you,
coursing vibrantly through you.
10. The outer shell of your aura remains sharply defined as an ellipsoid of intense bright blue all filled now with the living vibrant, sparkling white light. Continue this for some time (as long as you can effectively concentrate on it) seeing it as a living, moving reality. The brilliance flows down continually into you and around you – it is inexhaustible, for it is a part of the Source of All – and in your aura it continually circulates, sparkling, reinforcing that hard, sharply defined and brilliant blue outer shell. Be aware of yourself, blissful and alert at the center of this glorious manifestation of Divine Power. Let it fade from your consciousness, knowing at the same time that it has not faded from reality.
Tower of Light – Emergency Method
1. Visualize
at once the auric ellipsoid of intense bright blue around you, and within its
apex, just above your head, the brilliant white sphere of the light of your
Higher Self.
2. Aware
of the brilliant globe over your head, aspire to the highest good you are
capable of conceiving, realizing though this globe is a visualized symbol, it
represents a part of the true Divine force.
3. See
that dazzling sphere sending down a glittering white light. This light, filled with silver sparkles,
floods your aura and at the same time completely permeates you, coursing
vibrantly through you. See the sharp
blue outline of your aura’s hard protective shell.
4. Keep
this in visualization for as long as the need lasts or as long as you can. When you let the image fade from your
consciousness, know the reality of this protection is still invisibly around
you.
Deep Relaxation – 20 minutes
Lie
on your back with your eyes closed,
your
arms comfortably away from your body,
your
hands palms up, your legs spread comfortably apart,
your
feet angled outwards from the heels.
If
you can do so comfortably,
keep
the small of your back against the floor,
if
not, try some support.
Breathe
through your nose slowly and gently.
Do
this for a few minutes.
Simply
be aware of the passing of air in and out of the nostrils –
nothing more.
If
thoughts distract you allow them to be and return to the breath.
They
will leave when they see you are not interested in them.
Now
feel the weight of your body, feel the pull of gravity,
surrender
to it.
Give
in to gravity.
Take
plenty of time to do this,
it
will reconnect you with the Earth.
Now
feel your contact with the ground.
Become
aware of this contact exactly between the ground and you.
from
the edge of your heels to the back of your head
and
every place in between.
Slowly
discover.
Take
plenty of time to do this.
You
may never have felt how the ground supports you.
Feel
the heaviness of your body again.
You
are sinking, sinking into the ground.
The
Earth is caring for you.
The
Great Mother holds you in the palm of her loving hand.
Let
go of your concerns.
You
have nothing to do but lie here, nestled in her palm.
Let
go, enjoy this feeling of being totally and effortlessly supported.
Though
your body is heavy you may feel as if you are floating.
This
is natural, now that you have let go of your concerns.
You
are light.
This
ends the deep relaxation.
I Let My Whole Being Vibrate With Light
Look
deep within the center of your heart
and
find that tiny pinpoint
of
brilliantly colored light.
It
is such a beautiful color.
It
is the very center of
your
love and healing energy.
Watch
as your pinpoint of light
begins
to pulsate and grow
until
it fills your heart.
Let
it move through your body
from
the top of your head
to
the tips of your toes
and
through the tips of your fingers.
You
are absolutely glowing
with
this beautiful colored light,
which
is your love
and
your healing energy.
Let
your vibrate with this light.
Say
to yourself,
“With
each breath I am getting healthier.”
Feel
the light cleansing your body of dis-ease.
Let
the light radiate from you
into
the room,
into
the world,
and
into your special place in the world.
See
everything whole.
You
are important.
You
do count.
What
you do with the love in your heart
does
matter.
You
do make a difference.
And
so it is.
hands
in lap
close
your eyes
breathe
through your nose
relax.
Now,
consciously draw the breath deeply
so
that it scrapes the back of your throat
and
flows down against your spine.
Let
it go all the way down
till
it can go no further
and
it naturally flows upward into your
lower
belly and navel.
When your belly is comfortably full
let
the air rise and expand your ribs
and
let your shoulders rise just a little.
You
are now full of air.
You
filled yourself from bottom to top
from
belly to chest.
Now
empty yourself from top to bottom
from
chest to belly.
Compress
the chest firmly
as
if an invisible hand is pressed
upon
its center.
Let
shoulders down
exhale
very slowly
very
gently
no
need to rush
your
belly deflates automatically.
You
have just completed one complete breath.
