Earth Meditation and Self-Massage


This meditation can be used to reconnect you with the Earth's

energy and also invigorate & relax your mind, body & spirit.

Find a quiet spot alone. Find a grassy area in your own yard or a quiet park.

Remove your shoes and socks and walk around your chosen area.  Feel the grass and earth beneath your feet and between your toes.

Lie down on your back with your knees bent keeping the soles of your feet flat on the grass.

Apply some of the Earth Meditation Blend to your hands and hold them over nose while inhaling deeply several times. 

Rub some of the Tree Meditation Blend on your temples, base of your skull, center of your chest, on your feet or Chakra Points.  

Use the Crystal to move in circles on the areas where you have placed the Earth Meditation Blend.

Hold the Crystal as you breathe with the Earth.

Inhale more of the Earth Meditation Blend as you breathe with the Earth.


Breathe with the Earth

Relax your body with deep cleansing breaths.

Ground yourself by envisioning your energy moving up and down your spine and out an extension of your tailbone going deep into the earth below.  

As you breathe in and out feel the Earth breathing along with you, inhaling energy from the Earth through every fiber of your being.  Then releasing old energy & stress through your tailbone deep into the Earth.

Feel the Earth's energy moving through you rejuvenating your body, mind & spirit.

Slowly make your breaths less deep and center yourself back in your body.

Be sure to thank the Earth for helping to dissipate any negative energy.
