with These Simple Tools and Techniques!

Massage your own pet to help relieve muscle & joint pain, reducing

stress and fear, help with behavioral problems & more.

Pets will instantly align themselves to the Crystal's Vibration.

Crystal healing is non-invasive and harmless. Great for your Dog, Cat

and most other pets!

Hints & Preparation:

Find a room where you will not be disturbed, turn the ringer off on the phone, etc.

Have your pet on a foam pad on the floor, a sofa or your lap.

Lie pet down on one side, then roll to other side, then sphinx style depending on pet’s condition to apply all techniques.  If standing is your only option, alter your moves and body position to suit the pet. Massage is more beneficial when applied to a muscle that is not being used to support the body.

Remember to perform all the techniques that are possible given the position the pet is in, the less repositioning the better.

Hold crystal in one hand and secure pet with the other.

Avoid running crystal into bones like the spine, shoulder blades etc.

Make sure room is heated and all supplies are readily available.

“Flow” is very important.  Try to move from one massage technique to the next without stopping and starting.

Relax your own body, and remember to breathe deeply and try to coincide your breathing with the movements of your hands.

 Palm Stone Pressure Shake Technique

Hold a palm stone in each hand and glide over body area in large and small circles.

Hold palm stone with heel of hand to press into larger muscles areas like buttocks & thighs.

Hold a palm stone in each hand, hold hands together and glide over body area in large

and small circles, moving muscles.

Hold a palm stone in one hand, pressing into muscled areas and moving in a small

quick circle, creating a shake in muscle.  Almost like scrubbing with a brush.

 Sphere Techniques

Pressure Circles ~ Hold sphere in palm and press into body while rotating hand in a

small circle.

Caged Circles ~ Vibrational Technique ~  Hold sphere on body with fingers forming

a cage around sphere.  Make quick circles allowing crystal to spin and roll within

the cage of your hand. This creates a vibration within the crystal which transfers

to the body. Work fairly small circles quickly, keeping crystal spinning.

Elliptical Circles ~ Hold sphere in cage like doing caged circles. Move hand in a

long elliptical circle.  Long, flowing strokes covering a large area.

Wand Techniques

Pressure Points ~ Work rounded end of wand in circles on pressure points and

painful areas.

Wand Roll ~ Lay wand flat on body area.  Roll wand with palm, pressing into

body, move wand slowly over area.

Back

Effleurage ~ with hand on one side of spine at top, move crystal down to base of tail.  Make long, smooth strokes to cover entire area.  Move to other side of spine and repeat.

Fanning ~ with hand on one side of spine at top, move hand towards sides of body. Lift crystal at side and repeat moving hand towards base of tail an inch at a time.

Points at Base of Skull ~ move crystal in circular motion at base of skull.

Spinal Circles ~  Start at base of skull, place crystal on one side of spine.  Massage in

small circular motions close to edge of bone in gully running on either side of spine and

on muscle adjacent.

Pressure Circles ~ move stone in circles all over back on one side of spine, then the other.

Elliptical ~ with hand on one side of spine at top, move crystal down side of spine to

base of tail and up sides and around shoulders to back of neck.  Make long, smooth strokes.

Move pet if necessary to expose other side of back.

Repeat Spinal Circles, Pressure Circles and Elliptical on other side of spine.

Tail

Tail Twist and Pull ~ grasp tail near base with crystal in your hand and turn your hand, gliding over tail “twisting” to end.  Draw hand from base to tip in one long stroke, repeating to cover all sides of tail.

Legs

Pet lying on side or back.

Effleurage ~ hold paw with one hand, straightening leg, use other hand with crystal to draw from body down leg.

Circles ~ move crystal in circles all over top side of leg, then the underside.

Paws

Press and Rotate ~ move crystal in circular motion in space between toes and paw pad.  Work sides of crystal in between toes and around paw pad.

Toe Twist and Pull ~ grasp finger between thumb and index finger and turn your hand, gliding over toe “twisting” to end.

Tummy

Lie pet on back if possible.

Continuous Circle Stroke  ~ move crystal in small circles while making a larger circle around tummy.

Shoulders, Neck and Head & Face & Ears

Pet lying sphinx style.

Effleurage  ~ move crystal around shoulder from front to back and up neck to base of skull.

Kneading the Chest ~ draw crystal up from center chest to throat and chin.

Shoulder sweep ~ Sweep from shoulder, down chest around shoulder blade and up neck to base of skull.  Repeat in opposite direction.

Neck ~ move crystal down neck to top of spine from base of skull.

Head ~ work crystal in circular motion all over head, between ears, around base of ears, on forehead, and down forehead to nose.

Ear Pull  ~ Use alternate thumbs and forefingers together to gently pull on ear and work small half-circles.

Rotate Ears ~ Grasp ear where it connects to skull with thumb and fingers in large pocket, pull away from head and rotate slowly in both directions.

Rotate Temples ~ using fingertips, gently circle-stroke temples in clockwise direction.
