- Client is on stomach with face in face-cradle.
- Have crystals and chakra oils ready. (8 bottles with each oil in holly). Lay out your chakra stones in order from the base chakra to the 8th chakra overhead.
- If you have a selenite wand, lay it on the side of the spine opposite to the chakra stones. This will help to align all the chakras and adjust the spinal vertebrae.
- Start at the base chakra. Apply a few drops of oil to the area and
massage in a clock-wise direction in a 3 inch circle. Massage
some of each chakra oil into corresponding area on body. Lay stone over area, rolling stone over
and over, massage in a counter-clockwise direction first, then switch to
clockwise to empower the chakra with energy.
As you are using the oil and crystal on each chakra, envision the color of the chakra.
- Apply crystal to area and let sit while moving on to next chakra.
- When you get to brow and crown chakras, apply oil sparingly on face and hair.
- For 8th Chakra apply oil to Kleenex, put crystal on oil and place 3 inches above crown area.
- Go back to base chakra and manipulate crystal in 3 inch circle in clock-wise direction. Move crystal over skin in circular motion, roll crystal over skin.
- Remove
Chakra Crystals and perform Sphere & Wand Techniques on Chakra Points
Sphere Technique - Caged Circles ~ Vibrational Technique ~ Hold sphere on body
with fingers forming a cage around sphere. Make quick circles allowing crystal to spin
and roll within the cage of your hand. This creates a vibration within the crystal which
transfers to the
body. Work fairly small circles quickly,
keeping crystal spinning.
Wand Technique - Rotate Points ~ Work rounded end of wand lightly in circles on
Chakra Points.
- turn client over
Repeat oil on and crystal placement technique for Chakra points on the front of the body. Place a rose quartz crystal in the palm of each hand to energize palm chakras.
- Repeat steps 4 – 9 on Chakra Points on front of body.
