Laying on of stones

1. Put a towel on the carpeted floor. Lay out your 8 crystals in order from the base Chakra to the 8th Chakra overhead on one side of the towel.

2. Lie pet down on towel on it's side. Lay the crystals against or on the back of the body in order starting at the base chakra.

3. Holding the Clear Quartz, move hand in a circular motion over Chakra Points to release old energy. Envision each Chakra Point releasing any negative energy into the Earth. Place Clear quartz above head on towel.

4. Now envision each Chakra Point absorbing the color energy from each Healing Crystal.

5. Now move each Healing Crystal to the corresponding chakra Points on the front of the body. Envision each chakra Point absorbing the color energy from each Healing Crystal.

6. Remove Healing Crystals.

Crystal Chakra Massage Foot Preparation

· Cleanse Foot ~ with witch hazel and a cotton pad and inspect for calluses, cuts, bruises, blisters, skin disease, ingrown toenails, corns, plantar warts, athlete’s foot, bunions. Never massage on a painful, swollen or inflamed area.

Foot Bath ~ Soak feet for 5 – 10 minutes in warm water with Epsom salts and essential oils.

Foot Warm-Up

Squeeze and Release ~ both hands are used, one on each side of the foot. Alternating one, then the other, squeeze and release.

Foot Roll ~ hold foot between the palms of both hands and move hands back and forth, each hand moving in opposite direction.

Foot Wave ~ with heels of hands under ankle bones, shimmy back and forth making foot wave. Move hands up to sides of foot, rolling hands up to toes and down.

Rotate Foot ~ Hold ankle and toes, rotate foot in both directions.

Open Toes ~ Hold knuckle on each toe and rotate each toe. Hold ball of foot with thumb on big toe pad, fingers on other and manipulate the toe joints alternately.

Knuckle Roll ~ one hand bracing top of foot place knuckles of other hand on sole and roll up and down.

Chest Stretch ~ Both hands are on the foot with fingers on top and thumbs on the bottom. Squeeze and pull flat thumbs from center to sides. Then on top, squeeze and pull four fingertips from center to sides.

Divide the Foot ~ Draw 4 fingers of each hand alternately from top of heel to base of toes down center of sole.

Alternate Thumbs ~

Sole ~ Hold foot with both hands, fingers on top, thumbs on sole and work thumbs in half circles over sole including toes.

Top~ hold foot with both hands, fingers on sole, thumbs on top. Stroke from base of toes working in half circles over instep and ankle with alternating thumb strokes.

Foot Chakra Balance Technique

place towel on floor or on massage table with bolster under knees, arrange 8 chakra stones on right and left of towel.
place a double terminated clear quartz wand in between feet, ends facing feet, at heart chakras level 1^st, followed by solar, throat, sacral, brow, base, crown
apply Aromatherapy Chakra Balancing Blend to feet
give client a pair of rose quartz palm stones to hold in hands.
place feet on top of crystals adjusting position.
for self-technique, rock feet back and forth from root (tip of heel) to crown (tip of big toe)
use a clear quartz wand with rounded ends or a palm stone or a sphere to massage all over foot to bring pain to surface.
if working on pain in a certain part of the body, follow clear quartz palm or sphere with malachite, working it into painful body reflex.
use clear quartz wand to press and rotate on each chakra point on sole
use each chakra crystal one at a time to move in circles over chakra points on sole

Finishing Treatment

Sesame Milk

½ cup sesame seeds and 1 cup water

Bring to boil, then simmer very low 1 hour, strain and store in fridge in squeeze bottle. This will go bad quickly, so make in small amounts and use right away.

Client is on stomach with face in face-cradle.

Have crystals and chakra oils ready. (8 bottles with each oil in holly). Lay out your chakra stones in order from the base chakra to the 8^th chakra overhead.

If you have a selenite wand, lay it on the side of the spine opposite to the chakra stones. This will help to align all the chakras and adjust the spinal vertebrae.

Start at the base chakra. Apply a few drops of oil to the area and massage in a clock-wise direction in a 3 inch circle. Massage some of each chakra oil into corresponding area on body. Lay stone over area, rolling stone over and over, massage in a counter-clockwise direction first, then switch to clockwise to empower the chakra with energy.

As you are using the oil and crystal on each chakra, envision the color of the chakra.

Apply crystal to area and let sit while moving on to next chakra.

When you get to brow and crown chakras, apply oil sparingly on face and hair.

For 8^th Chakra apply oil to Kleenex, put crystal on oil and place 3 inches above crown area.

Go back to base chakra and manipulate crystal in 3 inch circle in clock-wise direction. Move crystal over skin in circular motion, roll crystal over skin.

Remove Chakra Crystals and perform Sphere & Wand Techniques on Chakra Points

Sphere Technique - Caged Circles ~ Vibrational Technique ~ Hold sphere on body

with fingers forming a cage around sphere. Make quick circles allowing crystal to spin

and roll within the cage of your hand. This creates a vibration within the crystal which

transfers to the body. Work fairly small circles quickly, keeping crystal spinning.

Wand Technique - Rotate Points ~ Work rounded end of wand lightly in circles on

Chakra Points.

turn client over

Repeat oil on and crystal placement technique for Chakra points on the front of the body. Place a rose quartz crystal in the palm of each hand to energize palm chakras.

Repeat steps 4 – 9 on Chakra Points on front of body.
